The Department of Technology, AI, and Society (DTAS) is pleased to share that Prof. Cabuay has been appointed a Fellow of the Tech Diplomacy Global Institute (TDGI) for its 2027–2028 mandate.

Headquartered in Paris, France, TDGI is a neutral platform for coordinating global technology governance. It brings together leaders across academia, government, and industry to build the coordinated infrastructure the digital age demands.

Prof. Cabuay’s fellowship recognizes his research and executive publications on AI governance in the banking and insurance sectors, focusing on human oversight and decision-making as AI becomes further integrated into society. Through this affiliation, he will bring global perspectives on technology policy into DTAS's research and academic programs.

Congratulations to Prof. Cabuay on this achievement!
